the location was acceptable , as it provided direct access to the mall.
i experienced issues with the room amenities. the bathtub looked stained , and the coffee machine was faulty. housekeeping did not replenish toiletries consistently , which required repeated requests.

Really good service, great location!

I received a room upgrade with burj view, it had balloons plus cake. Breakfast offered many options. Staff were excellent I found. Room service also worked very well. I definitely will stay again. The hotel boasts convenient access to the shopping mall via a dedicated tunnel, this was a plus!
I think there was very slight street noise, even on the top floor. It was due to loud traffic LATE. That's all.

The staff were cooperative and helpful with requests, plus, they offered an upgrade. Concierge services assisted with directions and reservations. They seemed efficient. Valet parking is available, giving immediate access to the hotel. It's very convenient.

The room includes a king-sized bed WITH soft linens I enjoyed. A separate sitting area with a sofa plus chairs provide a comfortable space. Blackout curtains block light effectively, this helps greatly for sleep.
